Touche. I am chastised myself.ker0uac wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:02 pmI accept that as your opinion. But take a look at Minneapolis rock.
There's always a context, so what? You didn't seem worried about any *context* when passing judgement onto CaptCo just a few hrs ago, so why is it important now that I am passing judgement onto Price?CarpeDM wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 3:45 pm I would also take issue with the characterization as "depressed and drug addict" -- not so much because those words aren't true (or may not be, I'll admit that I'm stepping into the unknown on the depression), but because they miss the important context of how he became a drug addict.
Do you take issue with your characterization of CaptCo as a possible douchebag because it misses the important context of how he became a douchebag?

I hold you in high esteem, Matt, and hope that we will always see eye-to-eye on important matters - such as which Uncle Tupelo album is best.Matt wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 4:13 pm I'm sorry, Dave. i tried to follow the 14ers topic on Parler, but it was boring. all they ever talked about was planning an "assault on Capitol Peak".
