Sneffels, for the views, and as Scott mentioned above, the approach, from the Blue Lakes Trailhead to the SW ridge route.
Crestone Needle would be second for the great quality of rock and exceptionally fun scramble. Did the East gully all the way to the top.
Wetterhorn is also a great mountain. I loved all of the San Juan 14ers I've done thus far except Mt. Wilson and El Diente.
