I'd have to say peak 13 and peak 16 were the two best I've done. Peak 16 is a short scramble from the 15-16 saddle, but it was a ton of fun, had solid rock, and phenomenal views. The only bad part is you have to get to the Peak 15-16 saddle first.

Peak 13 seems to be often skipped during the monitor-animas linkup, but it's the best scrambling of the three and goes quite easily

These are the unranked named 13ers I enjoyed the most for various reasons:

Drift Peak
Peak Thirteen
Milwaukee Peak (was ranked)
Miranda Peak
South Arapahoe Peak
Storm Peak B (near Longs Peak)
Lenawee Mountain (was ranked)
Mt. Chiquita

Bonus comment (no extra charge): Hands down, my favorite unranked 14er is El Diente

Notch Mtn for the views of Holy Cross. Also scrambling to get across the notch if you take the direct route.

And another vote for Storm Peak, even better when climbing the north ridge from Half Mtn.

Why would having the peak named make a difference?

I don't go out of my way for unranked 13ers but you nailed my favorite one with the first post. Good choice!
Palomino Point was worth the extra effort after Snow/Valhalla
Centennial Peak was a delightful little hike with great views of the La Platas/San Juans (check out how TR functionality looked in 2007)

As far as "can't miss" unranked 13ers, both Frasco and S. Arapaho are hard to avoid if doing their ranked counterparts.

For unranked 12ers, Devils Thumb is a really good one. Obviously Sunlight Spire is a cool looking 13er (though not officially named), but it would be too hard for me (unless I aided it).

I'll agree with many of the above comments. Some peaks that have not yet been listed that I enjoyed include: Snowmass Peak (snow climb up the south couloir that splits it & Hagerman), Sewanee (fun scramble & great views), & King Solomon (an easy add-on to Little Giant with fun scrambling). Baldy (13,155) is my all time favorite snowboard choice. Plenty of line choices & side country access.
I'm horrible with names...
But will never forget a mountain's face!

Mt. Bancroft is a really good one if you are interested in the class 4/5 ridge route on the east ridge ridge. Pretty short day with a good amount of fun on solid rock without needing to rope up that much. Bancroft is pretty boring but the views aren't terrible and the route is a blast.
