Winter's Coming!

Post by summitrunner » Thu Aug 18, 2016 9:13 am

Fresh snow on Massive this morning. I know it will be gone soon, but there is a chill in the air. Snow will be here before we know it!

Nice photo! :)

For those interested, the warmest month period on the highest peaks in Colorado is July 16 through August 15. The warmest two month period is July 3 through September 2. We have just finished the warmest month period on average and the temperatures should slowly cool.
I'm slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

Yuk. Time to go to Utah for a few months then.
