Keplingers/Homestretch Conditions?????
This weeks juicy storm has me eyeing this weekend for a ski off the summit of Longs. Does anyone have beta on the condition of the homestretch/keplingers?

Need about another 3-5 feet before it is in, homestretch was pretty bare before this storm. Keplinger would probably be ok now though. FWIW longs area got 70” of snow in 3 weeks in April before we did it in late April after a normalish winter

noaa was projecting upwards of 3' for Longs this past week, although I am not sure that actually materialized.
Thanks for the feedback, I think I'll probably ski a different peak tomorrow. This line is near the top of my list, really wanted to ski it this year! Oh well, it's not going anywhere.

Actually I heard they are tearing down Longs Peak next Winter. Might just be rumors though.GladeWolf wrote: Oh well, it's not going anywhere.
