Hello friends, Jason Buehler is the climber that fell on Friday. I'm not a climber but a close friend. I figured I should tell his community who he was. Jason died doing what he loved. He had accomplished 33 14ers and was trying for them all. We set up a go fund me page for his wife and 3 small children if anyone would like to contribute. I can not post anything here so email me for details Odonnellnow@yahoo.com or look at Denver beer company website where he was the head brewer.
Thank you and Be safe out there

Very sad indeed. Donation done. Based on his resume, I’m sure I enjoyed some of his beer on more than one occasion. My condolences to his friends and family.
Century Bound, eventually.

This is so sad to hear. Jason and I crossed paths often back in the day, even talked about tagging some peaks together before life took us both in their respective ways that it does with families, careers, and other priorities. The hops he gave me to plant at my house remain to this day, and grow great beer. All the beers drank at Denver Beer Co and those late nights at the Canworks won't be forgotten.
See you on the other side my friend. Deepest condolences.

My sincere condolences to Jason's wife and family. Fox 31 had a nice piece on Jason (2 videos, one with his widow who did a wonderful job during such difficult times).
