Storm Pass RMNP

Post by dpage »

As I left RMNP I passed 4 rangers' vehicles, an Estes ambulance and SAR on the way to the trailhead. Anyone know what was going on?

I thought I caught a glimpse of someone on a stretcher but don't know anything beyond that.

Also paused by a guy in a Jeep winching someone back on the road but moved on once it was clear that he had it under control.

Beautiful snowy day in RMNP but still gotta be careful out there...
