This Jeep rental place out of Ouray says its closed. The USFS site hasn't been updated since July. Of course if the pass is closed, you still may be able to get to Grizzly Gulch TH. I'd call the USFS office. At some point there is a gate on the road they close.

Cinnamon pass is closed due to heavy drifting snow. Grizzly Gulch may be open still as it is lower down. You might call Hinsdale County and ask
