Looking for a Maroon Bells parking pass or ride 9.17.22

Post by Eland101 »

Planning for an alpine start from the trailhead but no parking passes available so looking for a ride from bus station parking at the bottom of the hill to trailhead. Parking pass would be a huge bonus!

Check the website, and make sure you click on your date even though it may be grayed out with no circle. I had posted a request here on the forum a few days ago looking for a ride for the 16th, but last night at 10:21 I was able to score a ticket despite the online calendar showing they were sold out. I clicked on the date anyway and low and behold there was one midnight-midnight pass available. This morning I checked again and the same held true for a day parking pass for Friday - gray, no circle on the calendar, but one was available when I clicked on the date and the page loaded.

Yeah just keep an eye on the website - stalk it a little if you need to. I've been able to snag two in the last couple weeks. I woke up in the middle of the night once and decided to check the site and got one.
