I went up and down Clear Creek yesterday. A lot of that ice is pretty ratty looking stuff, I think incessant gravel truck traffic kicks up a lot of dust that settles on the ice. We need new ice. Anyway, here are two from yesterday. The color in the second one is reflected light from a cliff that was up in the sunlight.

Man, what a snowblower! (missed that when it was originally posted)

Here are two from about 10 days ago near Evergreen, they had something like a foot of wet snow, then fog. First one was in the morning when it was foggy, then later in the afternoon when the sun popped out for a while.

Southwest Lenawee is just amazing from every angle. Hope I can pay it a visit someday.
