Ah...I was confusing National Park with National Forest.
Still though, there'd be a manhunt if someone threw a rock off of an overpass. Granted, the odds of a hit are different, but the consequence is the same.

I'm sure he's watching it on Facebook but he can't white-wash a page he doesn't run.
