meh. let me know when a dog does something really impressive, like free soloing El Cap.

I have myself witnessed and shared a summit with a dog. Not quite 7000m but it was on Aconcagua which is just shy of that.
We also climbed Aconcagua with dogs. They joined us at Nido, and went to the summit & back without any food or water. Very fit dogs!
