Now that you have 10,000 ideas you really have none.
Take your criteria and go to REI and look for yourself. There may be some things you don't like due to personal preference. Your wish list looks reasonable enough that you should have lots of options.

I preferred free standing with rain fly. The poles need to be connected with bungy so you don't lose them. Setup is a breeze. I even set up in rain and at night. A solid floor that won't rip easily. Plenty of ventilation. I like the entrance in front, not sides. I thought I was going to get a 1-person, but decided on 2-person (which would be snug with 2). The extra room is very nice! Depending on your height you want to be able to stretch your legs out. I liked the low design, but not an ultralight that looks like a cocoon. It weighs just under 5 lbs. Light enough. That was my preference which I didn't realize until I actually looked for myself.

Oh. And you don't have to spend a bazillion dollars. You can if you want, but mine was around $200. Been very happy with it.
- I didn't say it was your fault. I said I was blaming you.

Anyone have a Nemo Nano Elite who can speak to how well it holds up in rain? My understanding is that the tight weave of the material negates the need for a fly, but I’d like to know how well that works in actuality.

Also, any thoughts on ventilation and breath-ability while inside?
