....for the oldest thread and bring it back to the top.
This seems to be a common theme lately, so is there a search function by year? Search function for oldest post?
I'm watching a potholing company search for utilities at work, so I'm bored and have time. Lol

Re: How to search....
Or just go to the forum category and click on the last page, then find the last post to have been updated? I see one from 2006 asking about the Sand Dunes

Re: How to search....
That’s somewhat helpful but I’m guessing the OP is trying to suggest a more obvious way for folks to search past topics and know when they get something 4 years old vs much more recent. The trend lately is that folks seem oblivious to resurrecting old posts. I’m accidentally guilty of it too.Carl_Healy wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 11:40 am Under "Advanced Search"

My search skills don't always return the relevant original topic.

I wasn't meaning to point either of you out. I was more so thinking of randos that sign up and dig up old threads. And then disappear off the site.Carl_Healy wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 12:11 pmYeah I've run into that problem too making duplicate topic...greenonion wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 12:05 pmThat’s somewhat helpful but I’m guessing the OP is trying to suggest a more obvious way for folks to search past topics and know when they get something 4 years old vs much more recent.
