If we imagine an axis coming from the middle of small and large hand in 10:50 position from the picture and passing through the center of the clock, it will end exactly at 4:20.
It isn't just simple mirroring, but also folding trough the center point of the time or the heart's core. It could be a metaphor for complex transformations that we all go through after reaching certain age.
