Warren Gulch trail closed?

Warren Gulch trail closed?
About one and a quarter mile from the Stevie Gulch road TH there are logs across the trail with "No Trespassing" signs on them. Does anyone know if this is legit? I always though the trail at least had an easement.

I'm not familiar with the trail, buy found this. Did I mention I'm not private property's biggest fan? Not sure where the area is you mention, but, stinks. Not looking good. Sorry for the loss

Are you on the FB group 303 trail monitor?
There was a thread on there recently about it.
Seems like it's technically not closed, but some private property concerns that the county is trying to work through.
(I'n too lazy to look up the thread right now)

Apparently some bikers almost hit the new owners dog and then told him to f off. And I guess the easement that the trail had was only from the previous owner, and not a permanent one.
