You can find these stats on Lists of John (albeit with a different and smaller user base, but one that's partially shared with 14ers.com): Not exactly what you're looking for, Darin, but a good enough approximation most likely. Note that the LoJ lists only show the top 50 ranked peaks for most/least. If you want to you can copy and paste the list(s) on this site into an Excel spreadsheet and sort that way. I've done that several times, both for overall and personal statistics (this works on personal checklists too).

LOJ has a feature that shows the most and least climbed 13ers among the members:

Most:
1) Sniktau
2) Audubon
3) Cupid
4) James
5) Square Top

Least:
1) 13060-Elks by Clark
2) Siberia
3) 13340 (Wemi)
4) 13310 (Wemi)
5) P2 (Wemi)
