Resort snowboarding Ikon pass this year, so am hitting as many different resorts as I can that are within a 12 hour drive from Colorado.
Splitboarding mostly in the spring.
Backcountry Snowmobiling, although the snow levels this year have been way too low.
I have a UTV that has not been used at all the last year, it has been fun at times.
But I really hate dust and bugs, that is why I love the winter. I would be happy with 11 months of winter every year.

2020 hiking and climbing took up most of my time. I had 90 13ers and 89 of them were new. 20 14er summits.

That's cool. Always wanted to learn how to play bass. Hasn't happened. Tried guitar growing up, but I didn't even have the ear to tune it so I gave up. I listen to music constantly at work though.

Great to keep your mind sharp with that! I am a software engineer, and I try to get as far away from computer screens as possible when not at work. Maybe I'll miss it once I retire and will have a project or two?

For me - reading, crossword puzzles, dog walking, biking - road and mountain, trail running, generally fit in 10-20 days of downhill skiing at the resorts in but haven't the past 2 years, enjoy a good beer, pretty hard-core college hoops fan (UMass is my main team, but have (had  ) season tickets to Colorado State, have seen all top 100 AFI movies (2000, 2010 lists) and try to watch most of the Oscar nominated films. Travel - every state in the US and a few US territories, 47/62 national parks, 12 other countries so far. Used to SCUBA but think I'd want to take up freediving if I ever went back to that. Used to have a pool table in TX and played every day, great stress reliever. Would get one again in a heartbeat if I had the space. Wouldn't mind trying to pick up French again (took in high school and some of the words/phrases have stuck with me all these years). Espanol has proved too daunting so far, I watch soccer games in Espanol hoping that I will osmose some of it, but hasn't happened.

Sounds like a lot, but it's not. Whenever I'm on a hiking outing with other people or a climbing gathering, I'm the most boring person there.

Wood working, cars/trucks, 4x4, making kick-ass BBQ, practicing cynicism and rolling eyes at pronouns in Twitter bios.

I like to play piano - mostly classical. Was really good once upon a time then kinda screwed up the pointer finger on my left hand so not near as good now. I also love live theatre (damn covid!) and opera (damn covid!). I kinda like building stuff - built a 10'x8' she-shed for my wife and ran power to it. Now she'd like a chandelier but not sure there's enough headroom for that...

A fellow shed builder! Here's our garden shed. I am currently finishing another shed as a yoga study for my lady. Most of my free time is used for projects around the house and yard. I like to make/build things.

Who is your EPL team?

I just started watching overseas pro soccer because of COVID. Decided for now it is Chelsea because of Pulisic.

How are conditions at Loveland these days?

Not necessarily in that order.

Skiing, reading, brewing.

I played classical piano growing up but more or less quit when I went to college. I tried to play again a couple years ago and found out that I forgot how to read music. I guess the road back will be a little longer than anticipated if I ever try to pick it up again.
There's more to life than 14ers. There are 13ers.
