Train Reservations for CB are Open now

Post by Embercleave »

I saw some grumblings on other sites and made my train reservation for this year.

It is a lot earlier this year yes but if you do want to use the train now is the time to get in.

Im assuming this goes into the town and not to the mountain? I'm trying to find an excuse to ride the Winter Park ski train this year because I have never ridden and I love that stuff.

In this case, CB = Chicago Basin and not Crested Butte

Fantastic! Rail travel into the Gore Range would really open those mountains.

Not really. The rail line through Gore Canyon at the northern end of the range didn't do much to increase access.
