Breakfast burritos are good and served all day as well! They’re currently closed for two weeks for vacation and maintenance.

Gnar Taco in Ridgeway can make vegan options.
Handlebars (Silverton).
High Mountain Pies (Leadville)
Golden Burro (Leadville)
Telluride has plenty.
Durango has plenty.
Brown Dog Cafe (BV/Salida)
I've struggled for food in Ouray outside of plain pasta and beer.
Not sure about vegan options in Westcliffe or Crestone.
The pizza place in Creede makes some excellent vegan options.
Thanks for this list. Always looking for more vegan options. FWIW, Thai Chili is a nice vegan option in Ouray.

Dang! I was just out there for Ice Fest and didn't try that. I'll file it away.

Oh good that someone mentioned that. Starvin Arvin's is worth it.

Also in Montrose and worth a mention is Jimmers BBQ - BECAUSE they have 12.99 all you can eat meat fries and a roll on Mondays. Please note, I don't give an EFF about anyone's snooty take on who has the best BBQ and the "any other BBQ is crap except the one I say cause I'm from Texas or grew up in KC" bulls**t. All I'm saying, is all you can eat BBQ is awesome.
i agree with the jimmers recommendation. i live in Montrose, and have been there many times.

Perusing the toping, unless I overlooked it surprised nobody has mentioned Beau Jo's in Idaho Springs.
