I was referring to that southern tail extension of the San Juans that go from Chama NM on down. I do want to do the Truchas peaks though. Sounds like it's the prettiest of the 3 massifs in NM, though it is a longer hike / backpack approach cause you have to hike a decent ways to get to treeline.
