Assuming you mean the Truchas peaks. Definitely under the radar. If you go, please write up a trip report! Would love to read that.

I was referring to that southern tail extension of the San Juans that go from Chama NM on down. It took me a decent amount of googling to even figure out what they were called so they must really be some of the more unexplored non-wilderness places in the US.

I do want to do the Truchas peaks though. Sounds like it's the prettiest of the 3 massifs in NM, though it is a longer hike / backpack approach cause you have to hike a decent ways to get to treeline.
