CO Native and I get real lightheaded above 12500 ft

Moved here last year and have done 12 14ers and a bunch of other hikes over 12k. I still get altitude sickness without fail, sometime really bad ones (puking). I now just pop in Tylenol and dramatine on when I start feeling it. Also staying top of electrolytes. Been working well for me.
