- Who can attend? Everyone! We welcome those brand new to 14ering and those who may simply want to brush up.
- Who's this Nick guy? He's a 14er finisher with an overall total of 150+ summits spanning all seasons and including some ski descents. He's a valued partner to the 14ers.com community - and to the 14er community, at large, with his volunteer work through the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. He has given back to the community in a number of ways including through hosting educational talks throughout the years at various outdoor retailers along the Front Range. He's a great person to learn from!
- What will I learn? This event will cover the foundational aspects of hiking 14ers safely AND responsibly: where to begin, what peaks to start with, what gear do you need, and what is the alpine, exactly? There will be time for your questions, and let us tell you, the Q&A session last year was VERY popular! It was quite fun and informative.
Please share this event, and come hang out with us! We welcome all.
