Smoke from wildfires
I was looking at maps and forecasts for smoke this weekend to see what areas are affected. Answer - all of them
. Looks like pretty much the entire state in listed as a smoke zone. Of course prevailing winds may alter this some here and there but it looks to be the worst smoke season in years.

Wasn’t the best in the sawatch, certainly cut down the views. Kinda of becoming normalized unfortunately

I was in the Sawatch Weds and it was horrible. Gave me a headache it was so bad.
The summit is a source of power. The long view gives one knowledge and time to prepare. The summit, by virtue of the dizzying exposure, leaves one vulnerable. A bit of confidence and a dash of humility is all we get for our work. Yet to share these moments with friends is to be human. C. Anker

Well that sucks. Was planning on K49 tomorrow. Wondering if we should head south to the SDC range or if it would even make a difference....

I live in Santa Fe and it lasted until past Alamosa. That said it wasn’t too bad Tuesday when I drove up. May the winds be forever in your favor.

Yeah, we were in the middle of the Collegiate Loop earlier this week and you could certainly see and smell the smoke.
