They are Mountain Hardwear Dry Q snow pants of some sort. I can't find an actual model name on them. They're somewhat of a thicker pant, not fully insulated for extreme cold but not a single layered pant. I'd say they fit a size 29" to 32" or 33" waist. They're a bit long on me as well.
