What do you get when you cross a certain 14er user with Mexican food?…

(I swear I’ll bump this into eternity until the Cabeza Tamano Burrrrrrito gives a wink here)…

Haha, yes! La Bamba Burritos, we had one down the street from my office in Chicago. They have a few locations around, mostly near colleges in the Midwest.

Only a 14 hour drive for a place with giant burritos and sushi?! I somehow missed this when you first posted it.

Nice to meet you this weekend!

Yeah, HeadSized Burrito does seem to have good taste in peaks (Rawah TR) and food.

Burritos would probably be an amazing summit food if you could find some way to warm 'em up. guess you'd have to bring your own ingredients and make 'em there.

This brings back memories. I lived in Bloomington IL from 1982 to 1995 and the La Bomba in Normal was a staple at 2 am after the bars closed. I’m impressed they’re still around. How things change now 2 am is wake up time to climb mountains.
