Was looking for potential hikes and dropped into street view at the Grizzly Peak TH on US-6. The image dated Oct 2023 has signs restricting parking from 7am-7pm. Is anybody familiar with this or know how heavily it is enforced? Can't find any info on any USFS pages or other usual sources for TH info.

I'm frequently nervous about TH parking so any insight is greatly appreciated

I think you are talking about Loveland pass, which is the trailhead for Grizzly Peak D (via Cupid) and for Sniktau.
There certainly is legal parking there between 7am and 7pm, although it gets crowded, especially on weekends. But there is more parking a little further down towards the A-basin side (south-east).

If it is in fact Loveland Pass that you're referring to, the 7-7 parking hours are not strictly enforced. Lots of people show up earlier than 7am, and I've stayed past 7pm. Just don't try to camp overnight, and you'll be fine.

There is definitely legal day parking at Loveland pass. The restrictions may be from 7pm to 7am (not 7am to 7pm). But as Aphelion mentioned, as long as you are not parking overnight, you should be fine arriving earlier than 7am.

The pass is plowed all winter and usually only closed for either heavy snow/avalanche mitigation or special events (like the bike race I posted about 2 years ago). Any closures are usually temporary in nature and related to adverse weather or motor vehicle accidents. The lot can fill up quickly with backcountry skiers this time of year, but there is also a lot of turnover from people driving over the pass that just want to get a quick picture. There is also another pull out below the pass on the west side if you don't mind walking the shoulder for 1/4 mile, be careful of traffic!

I would agree with the other posters, the enforcement would be no overnight parking, no camping. To be on the safe side park after sunrise, and if there was new snow I would adhere to the 7am more strictly to allow them to plow the parking lot.

Off topic from the parking question - but if you have a road bike - a loop I found fun was to stash the bike at the base of Sniktau, then drive to A Basin. After the ridge traverse from Lenawee over Grizzly and Cupid, then to Sniktau - and a finish by coasting down the road to the car.

Parked here 5/27 to shred Cupid and no issues.

There is no parking allowed on the west side of the road, but stay on the east (Sniktau/Cupid side), or the lot mentioned above just south of the pass 1/4 mile and you will be fine.

I did end up going that week I posted this. I arrived around 2am in order to catch sunrise. I'm responding mostly to share an anecdote of actually calling the Forest Service in Dillon who was not aware of any parking limitations and suggested it might be a CDOT thing, but I ended up not pursuing it any further since I didn't have any issues.
