Climbing Parnter for Blue Sky, Torres or Grays in July

Post by whitierweb »

Hi, I'm new to the 14ers.com Forum. I am training for a climb in September but need to get in a 14er in July and perhaps in August also. Don't want to climb (HIke) alone. Looking for someone to partner with. I don't really know the routes in CO 14ers but am intermediate climber. Looking to do Blue Sky, Torreys or Grays July 22 or 29th but am flexible around those dates.

If no one pops up, don't let that put you off, Grays and Torreys both peaks you can do by yourself and not have to worry about getting lost, or being out there by yourself. You'll have plenty of company.

Agreed on that, just do any of those three on any weekend from now through Labor Day and you'll have dozens if not 100s of people around you and are sure to find folks moving at a similar pace as you, whatever pace that is.

I have a few weekends in August I could do some of those. Curious what you're training for as well, would be happy to share any advice if you need it.
