Looking for Partner(s) for Thunderbolt to Sill Traverse

Post by TheAlpineApe »

Hey Everyone,

I am going to make an attempt at the Thunderbolt to Sill traverse later this year and would love to have a partner on this one. My regular climbing partner is unable to make the trip. These are my last remaining 14ers in the lower 48 (sans Liberty Cap.)

I have been trad climbing a few years, comfortable leading 5.8 and have experience with alpine multi pitch climbs and multi day treks.

I am aiming for the 2nd half of September, can be very flexible with the specific days. I would love to do some outings to build rapport. I am located in Durango but happy to travel a few hours. Drop me a PM or reply here with any questions or interest!

Also would love any advice anyone may have on this route.

Thanks,
Matt
