Wonderful day up to horseshoe. Almost entirely dry only a few thin snow fields to go over, I used trailrunners no problem. There was a marathon race out there today up to the peerless saddle. The trek over to finnback knob was the most challenging with big loose rock in spot. Fun stuff all around. Photos (click for slideshow):
