Did mcclellan>edwards>Argentine from waldorf mine. 4wd road is clear of snow all the way to the mine, but the rest of Argentine pass is mostly buried in steep snow. Road is doable in a subaru outback, although a handful of small trenches across the road had me scraping underneath the front of the car. No major damage but higher clearence would have helped. Traction needed for climbing the snow gully all the way to Edwards, but Edwards > Argentine ridge can be done mostly snow-free. Descending the pass to the mine was a pain due to large steep snow over the road. A few glissades were done but crampons could be helpful for the initial ascent and descent.
