This hulking peak is easier than it looks, though the rock is extremely loose. From Kuss Peak descend north down talus to an old road. The road does not lead to the summit. You can either take the entire ridge or follow the road for just a hair until it starts curving northwest. From this point you should turn northeast and head up steep loose dirt/talus to the ridge crest. It's the same vert just less horizontal on loose junk. There are trail segments but you'll probably just be weaving around in the talus trying to find whatever is the least loose. There are no false summits, thankfully.
