Skinned up from I-70, snow was generally hard with not much trailbreaking required. South aspects of Kelso and Torrey's highly loaded, with some whoomping on the traverse around Kelso while keeping ample distance. Was able to skin most of the way up with a short section of booting up the NE face of Gray's around a suspect slope. It would have been possible to ascend without floatation from the Kelso saddle all the way up, but there was just enough snow to make continous skinning possible. North gullies on all faces are mostly wind blown with not much snow remaining. Excellent snow conditions at the base of Emperor Couloir for ski laps.
