Northwest Slopes are in borderline summer condition. Micro spikes are still worth the weight in the a.m., and gaiters were helpful for the 3-5 memorable postholes. A few more nice days and this route might be clear. Mostly sunny. Wind gusts up to ~20 mph above tree line. ~40 degrees F on the summit. |
