First few miles offers a slew of downed trees over the trail and some over growth to duck under but very easy to follow the trail. Once above treeline, a few snowfields to cross before the saddle. Hard packed in the morning and slushy with some postholing by 11AM. From the saddle to summit, trail is completely dry. Blue skies all morning but storm clouds started rolling in around 1230, thunder around 130 when we were at the TH. Recommend early start as afternoon storms seemed to looming over the Sangres as well on our drive back.
