Hadn't seen the reports on bear scat prior to hiking, but definitely saw some under treeline. I typically hike alone and make quite a bit of noise when I do, so I was operating as normal. I would recommend that to any party considering the evidence. Sooo many downed trees. Summer conditions throughout. |
