As the road to the summit is closed to all motor vehicles, a friend and I started from Echo Lake and biked up the 9 miles of road. Started at 7 am and reached Summit Lake at 9 am. We parked our bikes at the lot up there near Summit Lake and hiked up the ridge and around to Evans. Summitted around 11 am (we were so beat from the ride!). Peak and route is completely clear of snow. Easy route finding, nothing too terribly difficult, just keep walking 
At this point, biking is an absolute joy as there are no cars to worry about. Took us under 30 minutes to get down from Summit Lake back to Echo Lake. We were down by 2 pm after spending some time at the summit. Enjoy!
