Great day to hike, except for the smoke. It had been clear in the San Juans for a week or two and then all of a sudden they were socked in with smoke.
Either way, the trail was clear and no weather all day. First mountain with lots of exposure for me, so that was a little nerve wracking.

I summitted Wetterhorn just two days before you did and must have been lucky, not an ounce of smoke in the air at that time so we were fortunate.
