Did not use snowshoes until after the turn off for Gore Lake Trail. Gore Creek Trail was pretty hard packed and icy at times so microspikes were nice to have. Ditched snowshoes at 11,800. The route was mostly dry from that point on, or at least snow was fairly avoidable the way we went. We hit the ridge from the saddle versus traversing low (lots of snow to cross here) and going up one of the loose gullies. There is a headwall to contend with but we found a reasonable way down to the saddle before doing the final stretch to the summit. Sorry, no pics.
