Very long day in sub-optimal conditions. There's a solid bootpack through the fish hatchery to the CO trail. We put in a trench from there to the first rock outcropping and then the ridge. Upper mountain is not in great condition - very dry powder made for 2 steps forward, one step back. Summited around 2pm. |
