We went up Webster Pass and hit all the unofficial 12ers and 13ers along the ridge. The ridge from Webster Pass all the way over Geneva and Santa Fe Peaks is 99% dry, with a couple snowfields that did not require traction or Flotation to cross, the largest one being a at the top couple hundred feet to Geneva summit. The one notable situtaion we should report was lots of snow built up on the Webster Pass road down in the valley before actually ascending the pass. This was firmly packed as we walked up it in the morning, but we figured if it softened up in the coming days, it could give someone trouble. It was probably 5 feet deep in places, maybe packed from snowmobiles over the winter? Kinda strange how it has stuck around down there. We also had to search for a place to jump the stream, as the road crossing is 20 feet across right now and flowing pretty good. We found an OK spot (if you can jump) 100 yards upstream. Also, descending the Santa Fe 4x4 road, there are some sections of snow higher up, but these are fairly easily avoidable.
