First 7.5 miles of the trail is clear of snow. From leaving the 4WD road, crossing the creek, and traversing the willows to treeline (about 1 mile) you'll need snowshoes and excellent navigation skills. From treeline to summit snow free. 19 mile day, only needed snowshoes for 2 miles of it but totally worth carrying them.
Also, if you plan to summit from Shav/Tab, the route looks clear (last photo)
