The entire mountain is made up of this junk but it's not difficult, just annoying. We descended southeast down steep, loose, mixed grass/talus/scree slopes towards Point 13,042, but if this is your last peak of the day the Colorado Trail is to the south and there's an excellent unmarked trail that takes you down Porcupine Creek. It's probably hard to miss but once you're on it it's obvious - large cairns, giant, sawed up trees, the works. This trail takes you back to Mineral Creek and then to the road.
