As everyone reports--very good 2WD road. Better than a lot of the main roads in COS in the spring before they fix the pot holes... I did want to note that I followed GoogleMaps in this morning, in the dark, to the trailhead. GoogleMaps directed me .5 miles past the trailhead turnoff. Being dark, I did not see the dark brown trailhead sign. On a positive note, the route I downloaded from 14ers.com into my Garmin had the trailhead right on the mark! |
