Very smooth 2wd road to equity mine then easy 4wd road past Equity Mine. A higher clearance 2wd vehicle may be able to make it. The road is CLOSED before the creek crossing a half mile from the trailhead. The creek was shin deep. Figure an additional mile round trip for hiking from here.
