Just commenting on the previous road status and can confirm its in pretty good shape. I honestly found the lower part (pic below) to be the worst on my legacy. Lots of baby heads that move as well. Doesnt look like any other grading will be done but for now, 99% of cars should be able to get to the upper TH with some good navigating.
