Freaking it up with them Californians

Hello my friends....

This summer I dipped my toes in the pool of California 14ers. The Sierras are spectacular but I bet you already knew that. If not, I highly suggest visiting some time.

Below are two links to my time spent in the Eastern Sierras. The first is a run up Kearsarge Pass and the second is my climb of Mount Langley. They are better read in order but I can't tell you what to do. Enjoy!

Great report, as usual. Exploring new places is a wonderful thing. Glad you had such a great time and congrats on your first CA 14er. I look forward to reading about the rest of your trip.

In the High Sierra

Thanks for this great report on two places in the High Sierra that I feel a connection to. Many years ago I crossed the Sierra came over Kearsarge Pass and down to Onion Valley. Since then, I’ve wanted to go back to the High Sierra, but haven’t made it. This past Summer I fretted over being stuck in California and not being in Colorado; until Hey I could go to the Sierras. I planned a trip to Mount Langley, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it. I’m hoping for next Summer.
