Hopefully, I don't get too much flak for posting info on these two little Gore gems, but wanted to share the day's adventures of venturing into Asgard Meadows and climbing Freya & Thor. Beautiful fall weather and great company.
Brando, nice report, buddy! Marsters, where can I get a MINES t-shirt like that? After I free solo the Royal Flush, I'll put this on my bucket list. Nice work. Enjoy Hawaii dude. Hope Kristine isn't working too hard!
While I've never been into technical climbing like that (nor will I ever be ) it's nice to enjoy it through you. Freya's Knife Edge does look fun!
Thanks for sharing, Brandon!
(One thing FYI, I was unable to click and enlarge any of your photos, so I could only view them small -- each only opened as a huge file of continuous letters and symbols. Photos on your other reports are fine however, so they must be in a new or different format? Just thought you'd want to know.)
Sarnelli: Just got a haircut, buddy. You'd be proud. Kauai was phenomenal. The trip back sucked, but c'est la vie.
Hub: I always appreciate your comments. Yes, Freya's knife-edge was so much fun. A route worthy in itself. Thanks for the comment re: enlarging my photos.I checked it out and don't see any oissues now. Hopefully, it will work.
Blazin: Marsters' pants are incredible. They really accentuate his assets.
Ryan: Definitely need to get back in there with a full kit.
