Distance: 16.5 miles
Elevation Gain: 5,150 feet
Class: 2

Cool, another splendid peak with close Metro proximity. RMNP truly has so many quality hiking and climbing gems abound. Variable terrain's also in abundance for realizing quite memorable hobby accomplishments.

Finch Lake's reached after ascending 4 miles and 1,400 feet on nice trail.

Then, Pear Lake (additional 2.1 miles):

Some fun bushwhacking

Hastily breeze through similar stuff:

they sure make you work! Never been on Copeland, but it sure is a cool looking mountain, say from the perspective of Longs or Chiefs Head. Nice report and pics, but I do have some quibbles. When you say "fun bushwhacking" and "refreshing boulder hopping" you clearly identify yourself as someone much younger than I am.
