 Missouri Mountain Ridge

I started on the regular Elk Head Route but deviated right.

Caption
I got to climb a bit to the ridge to Missouri, which I thought was the summit.

I met up with the ridge at the exact point where the trail does.
The view of the ridge from Missouri to Belford.
The first half is simple class 3.
This is where it begins.
Stay in the ridge until you hit this point. Do not go left at any point of this route. Down climb just a tad bit until you hit some loose rock.
Be careful this rock is loose.
At first I went too high. But it was only too high because I had my trecking poles and they made it difficult to down climb. It is possible but also since I was solo I opted to scoot down a bit for a better route.
The first route which is questionable and the route I took. You will see a cairn.
Class it as you wish.

God's Speed brothers and sisters.
